Love the content; app needs work

How long has it been since Apple provided the APIs for background downloads? Yet this app—a former Newsstand app no less—makes you sit there and stare at it while it slowly downloads the latest issue. Don’t try to go do something else, because when you come back it will start over again.

And adding an issue to your library has no effect at all.

Not all the back issues are available either.

But the content—once it finally appears—is great.
